01/ Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, deploying, subscribing to, or interfacing with the computational platforms hosted by ABRDAN ("Company", "we", "us", "our"), you explicitly agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to all provisions within this legal contract, you are prohibited from utilizing our Artificial Intelligence Solutions, Cloud Server Infrastructure, VoIP routing telecommunications, SaaS applications, and Digital Marketing engines.
02/ User Account Security & Infrastructure Access
To utilize our Cloud Infrastructure, SaaS dashboards, or configuration arrays, you may be required to instantiate cryptographic access keys or traditional credentials.
- You maintain sole accountability for shielding credentials, API tokens, and access layers configuration files.
- You agree to notify us immediately of any detected system vulnerability, account compromise, or credential leakage affecting our cloud networks.
- We reserve the absolute right to suspend access keys or terminate virtual server instances if behavioral metrics point toward unauthorized structural breaches.
03/ Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) by Sector
Users must comply with distinct structural constraints when interacting with our core technological solutions:
A. AI Systems & Automation
You may not utilize our AI architectures or custom parsing agents to synthesize malicious payloads, construct deceptive social engineering campaigns, or execute automated structural loops meant to disrupt third-party servers.
B. Cloud Storage & Server Infrastructure
Hosting illegal applications, zero-day distribution relays, command-and-control (C2) nodes, unauthorized cryptomining kernels, or launching Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) vectors from our cloud instances will trigger an immediate permanent hardware block.
C. VoIP Telecommunication Pipelines
VoIP lines must not be utilized to route automated illegal robocalls, execute voice phishing (vishing), spoof caller identification fields fraudulently, or breach localized communication regulatory statutes.
D. SaaS Modules & Digital Marketing Stack
Reverse-engineering our proprietary source files, copying compiled UI properties, scraping protected dashboard parameters, or utilizing automated tracking to harvest end-user data without consent is strictly prohibited.
04/ Proprietary Assets & Intellectual Property
All source code, proprietary datasets, system automation scripts, vector databases, interface models, brand assets, and algorithmic methodologies integrated within the ABRDAN network are the exclusive intellectual property of the Company. These terms grant no title, license transfer, or structural ownership rights over our platform properties.
05/ Disclaimer of Warranties
ABRDAN SERVICES, SERVER INFASTRUCTURES, AI PIPELINES, AND VoIP METRICS ARE PROVISIONED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASELINE WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE INTERRUPT-FREE DISPATCH, ZERO-LATENCY SIP TRANSIT, OR ABSOLUTE ACCURACY IN AUTOMATED AI ANALYTICS.
06/ Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ABRDAN shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential operational losses, including data destruction, cloud outage expenses, telecom link failures, lost business revenues, or algorithmic rendering faults arising out of the performance of our software.
07/ Termination & Governing Law
We reserve the absolute right to suspend or close platform access to any user instantly for violating these terms. These provisions shall be governed, interpreted, and enforced strictly according to international corporate technology provisions and the commercial jurisdiction where the parent company assets reside.
